The BFG is one of my favorite books from school. This is a digital painting I did recently of the scene where the BFG snatches Sophie from her bed and carries her in her blanket as he leaps over the rooftops of her town. The original sketch is below. Soo much fun to do this sort of stuff...

Shane, this is really, really good, as is all your work. One idea might be to send a drawing like this to the firm that owns the copyright on Dahl's work, and offer to do an illustration job for a special edition. Who knows?
